UGINOX Patina K44
UGINOX Patina is a bistabilized stainless steel (K44, 0.5mm thick) containing 18% chromium, stabilized with titanium and niobium, and electro-tinned on both sides for a matt grey finish that develops naturally over time.
- Corrosion resistance matches 316L stainless steel
- Suitable for cold or warm roofs
- Supplied in widths 500mm, 580mm, 1000mm, & 1160mm
- Superior tensile strength
- Not recommended for vertical fascias or soffits where rain can slow patina formation
UGINOX Top
UGINOX Top is a double-sided matt finish austenitic stainless steel (grade 316L or TOP 44). This low-reflective finish is achieved through a skin pass process engraving a micro texture on the surface.
- Corrosion resistance equivalent to K44
- Low coefficient of expansion
- Suitable for roofing and façade applications
- Available in 0.55mm thickness
- Supplied in widths up to 1250mm – special orders up to 1500mm
We recommend the use of UGINOX Top on fascia and soffits where natural rain washing could not complete the weathering process of UGINOX Patina.

LINDAB
Lindab Seamline™ PLX is a premium long strip/standing seam roofing and cladding material made from SSAB’s GreenCoat® PLX Pro BT. Developed in collaboration with tinsmiths, it combines Nordic steel quality with a unique Bio-based Technology (BT) coating, which uses Swedish rapeseed oil to replace much of the fossil oil found in traditional coatings.
- Minimal spring-back allows for tight folding
- Can be worked by hand even at temperatures down to -15°C, enabling year-round installation
- Coated with a high zinc layer and eco-friendly BT colour
- Manufactured to EN10169+A1
- Excellent corrosion and UV resistance
